New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a software development team for the eCommerce platform in St. Louis. You will work with Product, Quality and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions and drive continuous improvement.
The role requires 10+ years in engineering, 4+ years of management, and strong experience with web technologies and enterprise applications. Hybrid/onsite work in St. Louis, MO is expected with a competitive pay package.

We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Engineering Manager to lead a software development team within our eCommerce platform. Location and Pay
St. Louis, MO • Pay Range: $122,000.00 – $152,250.00 – $182,500.00 annually (actual base pay varying based upon relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more).
