Job summary

Prismecs is leading a 12-month on-site O&M assignment at a temporary 480V standby power system in Marshfield, MO. The Site O&M Lead will oversee operators and technicians, ensure preventive maintenance, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain reliability.

The role requires 7–10 years of diesel power plant experience, strong leadership and client-facing skills, and adherence to HSE practices on site. On-site work and project-based duties are expected through the assignment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of diesel power plant experience with leadership of an O&M team.
• Strong knowledge of diesel generators and 480V power distribution.
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning and site operations.
• Proven leadership, coordination and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of HSE practices and site safety management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the site O&M team including operators and technicians.
• Prepare and manage preventive maintenance plans with minimal client disruption.
• Oversee day-to-day plant operations, generator start/stop, and performance.
• Serve as primary on-site Prismecs contact; provide status updates and resolve issues.
• Enforce safety, fuel-handling procedures, and spill prevention requirements.
• Manage consumables, fuel, DEF, and coordinate service with suppliers.
• Maintain site logs, maintenance records, and incident reports.
• Support commissioning, testing, and demobilization activities.

Position Overview

Prismecs issupporting a temporary 480V standby power system at a client site inMarshfield, Missouri. The plant consists of nine 1,250 kW Tier 4 dieselgenerators and will be operated and maintained by Prismecs for a 12-monthassignment. Site-team mobilization is planned for the first week of November2026. The Site O&M Lead will lead the on-site operations and maintenanceteam and serve as the primary Prismecs contact with the client. This role isresponsible for safe and reliable plant operation, maintenance planning, sitecoordination, and team performance throughout the assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the site O&Mteam, including operators and technicians.
• Prepare, implement, and manage the preventivemaintenance plan while minimizing impact to client operations.
• Supervise day-to-day plant operations,generator start/stop coordination, and equipment performance.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact with theclient; provide status updates and promptly escape issues.
• Enforce HSE requirements, safe work practices,LOTO, fuel-handling procedures, and spill prevention/containment.
• Manage fuel, DEF, consumables, and spare partsand coordinate equipment service/support with suppliers.
• Maintain site logs, operating records,maintenance records, incident reports, and shift reports.
• Support commissioning, testing, anddemobilization activities as required.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of diesel power plant experience,including experience leading an O&M team.
• Strong knowledge of diesel generators, 480Vpower distribution, and balance-of-plant equipment.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and managingpreventive maintenance plans and supervising site operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination,and client-facing skills.
• Working knowledge of HSE practices and sitesafety management.
• Valid driver's license and ability to passbackground and pre-employment screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Tier 4 diesel generator and aftertreatment(DEF/SCR) experience.
• Temporary power, bridge power, or standbypower-system experience.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification.
