Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking Site Medical Directors at Tennessee Department of Correction clinics: DeBerry Special Needs Facility, Nashville; West Tennessee State Penitentiary, Henning; Northeast Correctional Complex, Mountain City. Starting salary of $350,000+; $30,000 retention bonus; relocation assistance available.

The Site Medical Director provides clinical leadership for chronically ill patients and coordinate care with specialists, nursing, and behavioral health teams; Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Physician with strong clinical and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Ability to coordinate care for medically complex patients.
• Correctional healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership for patients with chronic conditions and complex healthcare needs.
• Collaborate with specialists, nursing, behavioral health, and other healthcare team members.
• Support coordinated patient care across the site.
