Centurion Health seeks a Site Medical Director for West Tennessee State Penitentiary in Henning, TN. This full-time role provides clinical direction, oversees medical staff, and partners with the Health Services Administrator to ensure high-quality care for inmates.

The position requires MD or DO with TN licensure and DEA, leadership experience, and the ability to pass credentialing and a background check. Compensation starts at $301,000+ with a $20,000 retention bonus, plus robust benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Active, unrestricted TN medical license.
• Active, unrestricted DEA.
• Leadership/directorship experience preferred.
• Ability to pass credentialing and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction and supervision for medical staff at the Henning site.
• Collaborate with the Health Services Administrator to ensure efficient, clinically appropriate medical services.
• Participate in CQI, Infection Prevention and Control, and Pharmacy and Therapeutics committees as needed.
