Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Site Medical Director to oversee medical care at the facility in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Director will be responsible for direct patient care, staff supervision, and management of clinical compliance with institutional and health standards.

The ideal candidate should be a medical school graduate with experience in Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine, maintaining state licensure and DEA number.

A competitive compensation of $121.5 – $135 per hour is offered along with comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical, dental, vision insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, supervising clinical staff, ensuring accurate and timely documentation in the EMR or approved formats, managing emergency situations, adhering to formulary guidelines, and utilizing in‑house resources before external referrals. The Director collaborates with the Health Services Administrator to lead quality improvement initiatives, chronic care clinics, and pharmacy oversight, and liaises with community health providers, reviews clinical protocols annually, and contributes to the continuous enhancement of patient outcomes.
