We are seeking an experienced Site Mechanical Integrity Lead for a full-time nested inspection position in Decatur, AL. The role involves ensuring the safety and reliability of pipes, tanks, and pressure vessels through regular inspection, testing, and maintenance to prevent failures, leaks, or shutdowns.

Qualifications
  • No per diem; local candidates only
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • API 510, 570, and 653 Certifications
  • Experience developing and implementing Mechanical Integrity programs
  • Familiarity with PCMS
  • Ability to pass background check and drug test
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Post-offer drug/alcohol screening and physical evaluation
  • Compliance with job site safety requirements and use of safety equipment (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, safety harness, etc.)
  • Must not pose a health or safety threat to self or others
Functional Responsibilities
  • Assist in NDE duties according to reference codes
  • Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
  • Apply testing criteria per procedures and standards
  • Support other tasks assigned by certified inspectors/technicians
Compensation and Benefits

Physical Requirements

Tasks may involve climbing ladders and scaffolds, manual handling of objects up to 50 lbs., standing, sitting, walking, visual and auditory acuity, reading, writing, and safety hazard recognition.
