Job summary

EOSOL is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a utility-scale solar PV project in Texas. You will be EOSOL’s primary on-site representative, coordinating with the EPC contractor to oversee construction, quality, safety, and compliance with contracts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management and at least 3 years of on-site experience in solar or related projects. Strong English, reporting skills, and the ability to manage field operations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience inSite Manager, Construction Manager, Superintendent or Owner's Representative on utility-scale solar PV projects.
• Must read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specs and construction schedules.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as EOSOL's on-site representative and liaison with the EPC contractor.
• Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations and schedules.
• Observe, document construction progress, quality and safety compliance.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly construction activities and documentation.
• Verify adherence to drawings, specs, and project schedules.
• Identify risks and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Attend construction meetings and coordinate with EPC management teams.
• Prepare daily field reports, progress updates, and executive summaries.
• Support project turnover, punch-list tracking and close-out activities.
• Maintain clear communication between EOSOL, client, and project stakeholders.

Position Overview

The Site Manager will serve as EOSOL's primary on-site representative and liaison with the EPC contractor. This position is focused on project oversight, monitoring, auditing, reporting, and ensuring contractual compliance throughout construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as EOSOL's primary representative on-site.
• Monitor EPC contractor performance against contractual obligations.
• Observe and document construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly construction activities.
• Verify adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Identify potential project risks, delays, or quality concerns and communicate them to project stakeholders.
• Attend construction meetings and coordinate with EPC management teams.
• Prepare daily field reports, progress updates, and executive summaries.
• Review project documentation, schedules, RFIs, and technical submittals.
• Support project turnover, punch-list tracking, and close-out activities.
• Maintain effective communication between EOSOL, the client, and project stakeholders.

Education

Experience
