Position Overview

EOSOL Group is seeking an experienced Environmental Supervisor to oversee environmental compliance during the construction of a utility‑scale solar project in the United States. The selected candidate will monitor field activities, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations, conduct inspections, support permitting requirements, and work closely with construction teams to minimize environmental impacts throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates with knowledge of U.S. state environmental regulations and experience supporting renewable energy or heavy civil construction projects are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor environmental compliance during construction activities.
  • Conduct routine environmental field inspections and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations and permit conditions.
  • Verify implementation of erosion and sediment control measures.
  • Monitor stormwater management practices and environmental protection plans.
  • Coordinate environmental reporting and documentation.
  • Identify environmental risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Support environmental incident investigations and mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate with construction teams, project management, regulatory agencies, and environmental consultants.
  • Deliver environmental awareness training to site personnel.
  • Maintain environmental records, inspection logs, and compliance reports.
  • Participate in client and regulatory environmental audits.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Biology, Natural Resources, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of environmental compliance experience on construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, or industrial projects.
  • Utility‑scale solar experience is highly preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

  • U.S. federal environmental regulations (EPA).
  • Knowledge of state environmental regulations.
  • SWPPP implementation and stormwater compliance.
  • Erosion and sediment control.
  • Environmental permitting and compliance.
  • Microsoft Office.

Language:

  • Advanced English (required).

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid U.S. work authorization or TN Visa eligibility.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work full‑time on‑site.
