Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Expert knowledge of Telephone Infrastructure.
• 10+ years in Telephone management/leadership.
• Experience with Army I3A and C4IM standards.
• 5+ years telecom project management experience.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes for deployments.
• Administrative and technical capability with network engineering and testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project to ensure on-track progress.
• Attend status meetings and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Manage contractor staffing and security clearances.
• Provide on-site technical guidance to government personnel.
• Develop project plans for short term initiatives.
• Provide management status reports to NEC Director.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and document deliverables.
• Coordinate with lead technicians on status of tickets and work orders.
