Job summary

Command and Control Communications Engineering & Logistics LLC in Honolulu, Hawaii seeks a cleared Senior Project Manager & Site Lead to oversee on-site contract execution and mission continuity at Fort Shafter Flats. You will direct enterprise IT operations and coordinate with DoD stakeholders to ensure performance and compliance.

The role requires DoD RMF/DIACAP readiness, staff leadership, and reporting on metrics.

Qualifications

• Active in-scope US government Secret clearance; Top Secret preferred.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline (Security+ CE or equivalent).
• 6+ years IT program management and enterprise operations leadership.
• Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition, CHESS, MPLS, DISA circuit management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site lead for contract execution, mission continuity and daily operations.
• Manage staffing, workload prioritization, task assignment, and performance tracking for all contract personnel.
• Act as the primary point of contact and liaison with government stakeholders, including the COR.
• Oversee DIACAP and RMF certification activities to meet compliance and quality standards.
• Direct enterprise network and cybersecurity operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and DoD policies.
• Support process improvement and standardization across project management and operational functions.
• Provide strategic guidance to leadership and technical staff to maintain mission readiness.
• Prepare and deliver reports, metrics, and documentation to government stakeholders.
