Job summary

Mini Mall Storage in Moss Bluff, LA, seeks a Site Manager (Self Storage) to lead customer service, sales, and daily operations at a safe, welcoming facility. Drive occupancy and financial performance while ensuring excellent tenant experiences.

You will oversee leasing, rent collection, records, pricing, and site maintenance, plus local marketing and staff training. Daytime, full-time schedule with benefits and growth in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Experience managing the day-to-day activities of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage daily property operations, including leasing, rent collection, tenant records, unit inventory, pricing, and payment processing.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, coordinate repairs, and ensure site safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy.
• Partner with the Regional Operations Manager on budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Support hiring, scheduling, UKG timekeeping, overtime management, and employee training and development, including serving as a trainer for property staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
