Job Description

The Epiq Site Manager oversees the daily operations of a small team at a prominent Chicago law firm. Responsibilities include providing concierge-style hospitality support, catering, office services such as printing, mail, reception relief, and ensuring smooth client meetings and events. The role also involves supervising all site employees, including recruiting, training, scheduling, payroll, counseling, and professional development.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between EPIQ, the client’s administration, and site staff.
  • Deliver excellent concierge-style hospitality support to all end-users.
  • Coordinate with catering vendors and manage event setups and breakdowns.
  • Manage presentation of catered food and beverages.
  • Hire, train, manage, and evaluate site personnel.
  • Schedule staff to meet performance standards and operational hours, minimizing overtime.
  • Recruit and interview potential candidates.
  • Compile and report data for monthly management reports.
  • Uphold high ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of client service experience in hospitality or related field.
  • Proven success in customer service management with a guest-focused approach.
  • Patience, tact, and diplomacy in handling issues.
  • Manual dexterity for operating office machinery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EMS and PMS systems.
  • Clear communication skills and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly, including evenings/weekends as needed.
  • Physical ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs. and walk/stand for extended periods.
Compensation

The salary range is $57,534 to $86,531 annually, with potential bonuses, depending on location, skills, and experience.
