Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat is seeking a Site Manager for the Florence, South Carolina SteelFab facility to oversee NEWCON work and report to the Sr. Site Manager.

This role emphasizes building a strong TEAM environment, safety, quality, schedule, and cost management. You will establish strong relationships with supplier management to apply EB processes and provide on-site engineering know-how to the EB workforce, while collaborating with on-site supervision to meet department goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of supervisory/managerial experience with direct reports.
• 8+ years of Electric Boat experience in manufacturing, overhaul and repair or program office.
• 1+ years of NEWCON experience.
• Must be able to obtain DOD Secret clearance.
