Responsibilities

• Drive performance as a Site Manager by using data, metrics, and technology to optimize site operations.
• Lead daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, staffing, and performance tracking.
• Hire, train, and develop high-performing team members as part of leadership responsibilities.
• Grow revenue by increasing membership sales, retention, and site profitability.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues with a customer-first mindset.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site, including equipment upkeep and maintenance oversight.
