Job summary

BITO Storage Solutions US is seeking a Site Manager to coordinate and supervise installation projects across the United States and abroad. The role involves planning, scheduling, and overseeing installation teams, ensuring safety and compliance with contract requirements.

Expect variable hours and potential weekend work based on project progress. The position requires active involvement in logistics, BOM review, site inspections, travel to multiple locations, and completion of project handover

Responsibilities

• Oversee site work across the United States and abroad, including overall planning and execution of projects.
• Review vendor-provided Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy and alignment with project specs, flagging discrepancies.
• Support project logistics and material coordination: plan, schedule, and coordinate shipment of materials to installation sites.
• Inspect received materials for completeness and damage; document issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors or suppliers.
• Participate in project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing updates and addressing challenges.
• Manage on-site installation activities: supervise installation teams, ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare progress documentation: submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly installation progress reports.
• Travel to project sites as required and complete project handover to meet contractual requirements
