Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required/preferred.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and materials per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage store functions and duties.
• Proficient computer usage for reports, inventory, cash control, notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meetings.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Plan tasks so the site is clean, stocked and well maintained.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to optimize customer service and site appearance.
