Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee civils and infrastructure projects in the North East. The role focuses on plotworks, roads and sewers, with responsibility for delivering site works safely, on time and to high standards.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, supervise subcontractors and plant, and coordinate with engineers and project management teams to resolve issues and maintain progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within civils/construction.
• Strong experience in plotworks, roads and sewers.
• Good understanding of groundworks and residential infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
• Relevant site management qualifications, ideally SMSTS.
• CSCS and relevant civils experience.

Site Manager – Civils

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established civils contractor delivering residential and infrastructure projects across the North East.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in plotworks, roads and sewers, with proven experience managing civils packages from start to finish.

The Role

• Managing day-to-day site operations across civils and infrastructure projects
• Supervising subcontractors, site teams and plant
• Overseeing plotworks, roads, drainage and sewer installations
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards
• Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors and project management teams
