Face Forward Aesthetics is seeking a Site Manager to lead a single clinic in Henderson, NV. You’ll own the clinic’s performance, coach a high-performing team, and partner with providers to deliver exceptional guest experiences and measurable business results.

You’ll manage front desk operations, scheduling, inventory, and compliance, while modeling hospitality and accountability. Opportunities exist to advance into broader leadership as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of leadership experience in medical aesthetics, outpatient healthcare, dermatology, or related service environments.
• Proven ability to improve business performance through operational leadership.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with responsibility for revenue, labor, inventory, and operations.
• Experience partnering with physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or other licensed providers.
• Willingness to lead from the front by actively participating in the guest experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

As the Site Manager, you'll serve as the operational and business leader of your clinic.

You'll create an environment where providers can focus on delivering exceptional clinical care while you lead the business through operational excellence, financial accountability, team development, and an elevated guest experience.

As our organization grows, Site Managers may have the opportunity to advance into Market Manager roles, providing strategic leadership across multiple clinics.

What You'll Lead

As the leader of your clinic, you will:

• Own the overall business performance of the clinic, including revenue, productivity, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead all aspects of daily clinic operations while serving as the front-of-house leader and modeling the elevated hospitality experience that defines Face Forward.
• Welcome guests, support check-in and checkout, answer phones, coordinate schedules, manage guest communications, and ensure seamless clinic flow.
• As the clinic grows and achieves established staffing milestones, recruit, coach, and develop Front Desk Coordinators while maintaining overall accountability for front-of-house operations and the guest experience.
• Partner closely with providers to maximize productivity, optimize schedules, and create seamless guest experiences while respecting clinical autonomy.
• Drive membership growth, retail performance, rebooking, guest retention, and other key business metrics.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, inventory, facilities, compliance, and operational execution.
• Analyze business performance using KPIs and implement action plans that improve clinic results.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional service
