SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Site Manager for our Santa Clara, CA location. The role directs company programs, ensures contract compliance, and leads service scheduling, budgeting, and safety initiatives. You will liaise with customers, manage facilities staff, and promote service improvements.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in business/related field with 2–5 years’ relevant experience, and may need a valid driver’s license. Travel is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field with 2-5 years of experience.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual is a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepares schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes.
• Inspects and evaluates physical condition of establishment for program compliance, i.e. safety, quality, and service.
• Audits and maintains inventories supplies and equipment.
• Implements organization policies and goals.
• Directs supervisory management engaged in support of facilities programs.
• Maintain a safe work environment for self and employees.
• Some travel is required for this position.
