Fidelity Technology Services LLC is looking for a Site Manager/Electromechanical Technician III for its Sub CMS program at Pearl Harbor, HI. The role requires at least three years in a managerial role and eight years of technical experience regarding complex equipment. Responsibilities include ensuring operational readiness of training devices and collaborating with government personnel.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and substantial experience in electronics, instrumentation, and computer systems, along with a strong background in maintenance and troubleshooting.
Fidelity Technology Services seeks a Site Manager/Electromechanical Technician III for its Sub CMS program at Pearl Harbor, HI. The Site Manager shall have demonstrated a minimum of three (3) years’ competence through satisfactory, progressive performance as a manager. The Site Manager shall also have a minimum of eight (8) years of technical experience or field experience with equipment of comparable complexity to those being supported hereunder, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory capacity. Proficiency in electronics, instrumentation, and computer systems is mandatory. The Site Manager shall have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technically related discipline. Two (2) years of technical, military or field technical experience in the simulation or TS/E field is deemed equivalent to one (1) year of formal education at a recognized center of technical education.
A Senior Electromechanical Technician shall have demonstrated competence through satisfactory, progressive performance as a training system, equipment, or a simulator technician. As a minimum, this shall require four (4) years of training system, equipment, or simulator maintenance experience of which three (3) years must be in the maintenance of all major electromechanical areas, systems, and subsystems of the major trainers outlined in Part 1 of this SOW. This time shall be exclusive of formalized training. The Senior Electromechanical Technician may have graduated from a two (2) year technician resident course at an accredited technical institute or have completed the Navy's factory or formal training on a comparable system, however it is not a requirement. Training systems, equipment, or simulator maintenance experience and education may be substituted for the above requirements if deemed equivalent by the Government.
Additionally, the Senior Electromechanical Technician shall have demonstrated experience and competence in the following areas:
