Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our commercial window cleaning team. This is a non-union position requiring a hands-on leader who ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license, experience with management of 10+ technicians, lift inspections/training, strong administrative and communication skills.
- Supervise On-Site Operations: Lead and manage commercial window cleaning crews across DEN.
- Safety Oversight: Perform and document regular lift inspections and enforce all safety protocols and training.
- Project Documentation: Use our internal application Peazy, to document work progress, report issues, and track site activities.
- Attendance & Scheduling: Monitor crew attendance, handle time-off requests, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Payroll Coordination: Submit accurate hours worked and other payroll-related data in a timely manner.
- Client Relations: Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly without delay.
- Quality Control: Conduct site walkthroughs to inspect work quality and ensure adherence to standards.
- Supply & Equipment Management: Track and request necessary supplies and equipment.

Required Skills / Abilities
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision or commercial cleaning services (window cleaning preferred)
- Knowledge of lift operations and ability to conduct routine lift inspections
- Proficient with mobile apps and digital platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work early/late hours, weekends, and respond to operational needs on short notice
