Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our commercial window cleaning team. This is a non-union position requiring a hands-on leader who ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license, experience with management of 10+ technicians, lift inspections/training, strong administrative and communication skills.

Supervise On-Site Operations: Lead and manage commercial window cleaning crews across DEN.
Safety Oversight: Perform and document regular lift inspections and enforce all safety protocols and training.
Project Documentation: Use our internal application Peazy, to document work progress, report issues, and track site activities.
Attendance & Scheduling: Monitor crew attendance, handle time-off requests, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Payroll Coordination: Submit accurate hours worked and other payroll-related data in a timely manner.
Client Relations: Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly without delay.
Quality Control: Conduct site walkthroughs to inspect work quality and ensure adherence to standards.
Supply & Equipment Management: Track and request necessary supplies and equipment.

Required Skills / Abilities

Valid Driver’s License
Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision or commercial cleaning services (window cleaning preferred)
Knowledge of lift operations and ability to conduct routine lift inspections
Proficient with mobile apps and digital platforms.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work early/late hours, weekends, and respond to operational needs on short notice
