Job Description: Site Manager (Civil Engineer) 132/220 KV Electrical Substation Projects

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Site Managers (Civil Engineer)with 10 to 15 years experience to oversee the construction and management of 132/220 KV Electrical Substation projects, pan India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and a deep understanding of electrical substations. This role involves coordinating various aspects of site development, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and managing on-site activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

• Manage the overall execution of 132/220 KV Electrical Substation projects.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and utility companies.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Address any delays or issues encountered during construction.

Site Supervision:

• Oversee day-to-day activities at the construction site.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Monitor construction work, including foundation preparation, steel structures, and mounting installations.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and site personnel.

Technical Expertise:

• Undertake technical and feasibility studies related to civil engineering aspects of the project.
• Perform calculations and develop detailed designs for foundations and structures.
• Advise on civil engineering matters during project planning and execution.

Communication and Coordination:
