A leading technology firm is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple turnkey projects, ensuring budget adherence and quality standards while managing necessary resources. This role requires at least a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field, with 3 years of relevant experience, and the ability to travel extensively. The position offers a salary range of $95,000 to $129,000, along with comprehensive benefits, making it an excellent opportunity for skilled candidates.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering and 3 years of experience as a Service Technician/Engineer or Site Manager in the manufacturing industry. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, the Employer will accept a high school diploma and 5 years of experience as a Service Technician/Engineer or Site Manager in the manufacturing industry. In addition, the following specific skills are required:
Travel: Requires extensive travel (nearly constant – up to 100%) both domestic and foreign up to 6 weeks at a time.
This position is based at our North American Headquarters in Franklin, Wisconsin, but Site Managers have the ability to work remotely anywhere within the United States.
Minimum 40 hours/week
Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law. The base salary range is $95,000 - $129,000. There are bonus opportunities, however, these bonus opportunities are non‑guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and company performance. Full‑time employees receive benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; short‑term and long‑term disability insurance; pre‑tax flexible spending account for certain medical and dependent care expenses; an employee assistance program; a 401(k) program which includes up to a 5% company match; paid time off; paid holidays; and more.
