Job summary

GXO Logistics in the UK is seeking a Site Manager to lead our equipment management operation at the Sainsbury’s RRU site in Waltham Abbey. The role oversees the site and guides the operational team to meet service, safety, and performance standards.

This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 with some flexibility. The package includes a pension, private medical and dental insurance, a 24/7 online GP, life assurance and a comprehensive employee assistance programme.

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join equipment management operation at our Sainsbury’s RRU site in Waltham Abbey. This operation is all about recycling and reuse which is an important part of the supply chain, ensuring equipment management and repair support to the customer and their distribution operations. You will oversee the activities of the site and provide guidance to the operational team to ensure operations service, performance safety target and standards are met in full.

This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. We do require some flexibility, this is logistics after all.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £65,000.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
