Site Manager (Project Management)

Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Security Site Manager for its rapidly expanding Logistics Security Division. Metro One currently provides security services to our clients' logistics facilities throughout the United States. The Logistics Site Security Manager is a salaried position reporting directly to an Operations Director. The officers and shift supervisors assigned to this location report to this position.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide on-site leadership for the security personnel assigned to the facility.
2. Act as the principal contact for client management at the facility.
3. Handle hiring, supervision, training, scheduling, and development of all shift supervisors and officers assigned to distribution centers.
4. Achieve performance metrics established by the client for security functions performed by Metro One officers.
5. Ensure the performance of all Metro One internal programs, policies, and reporting.
6. Meet performance metrics set by Metro One for expense control, workforce quality, staffing, scheduling, and report filing.
7. Establish productive, collaborative relationships with client site management and Metro One management.
8. Maintain communication protocols that foster a productive client relationship.
9. Consistently deliver services that exceed client expectations.
10. Maintain all patrol/fleet vehicles and equipment used in the performance of security functions on the site.
11. Implement initiatives, emergency responses, and other tasks as required by Metro One management.
