Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Site Manager for our Orlando, FL facility. You will lead a diverse operations team, oversee safety, reliability, and energy optimization, and partner with functions across the company to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Ideal candidates have engineering training, 5+ years in manufacturing operations, and at least 2 years in a supervisory role, with experience in commissioning and start-ups. Travel ~25% is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering background is an asset.
• Five or more years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Two or more years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience in commissioning and start-up of new plants is a plus.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facility Operations Team to ensure process safety, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Monitor daily plant operations and optimize energy usage while mitigating upsets.
• Coordinate with OpEx and PDO teams on Cocoa Project start-up activities.
• Develop asset strategic plans and manage capital investments and maintenance costs.
• Support turnaround planning, incident investigations, MOC, and emergency response preparedness.
