• Provide on-call coverage 24/7 for plant alarms and shutdowns.
• Collaborate with OSC and regional managers to meet efficiency targets.

This role will require the candidate to gain an understanding of all aspects of the site's responsibilities with a specific focus on leadership skills. Initial focus of responsibilities will include supervision of all aspects of the air separation plant operations, maintenance, safety, environmental and record-keeping. Candidate would be a productive member of the Pacific Northwest Operations Team thus would be encouraged to provide support as needed.These sites are operated and maintained by a single supervisor. Self-led and highly motivated to plan and ensure the execution of all tasks required by our safety, environmental and engineering standards.Strong operating experience in similar plants or operations of similar complexity with a talent for effectively identifying and troubleshooting problems.Experience with operation of gen gas and air separation fractional distillation processes is a plus but not a specific requirement as training will be provided for the successful candidate.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Working independently with equal ability to work optimally as part of a team.Maintenance experience in an industrial plant a plus.Electrical and/or instrumentation experience a plus.Proven digital literacy.Minimum Hiring Requirements:High School Diploma/GEDCertificate in process technology or maintenance field (preferred) or 2 years minimum in a manufacturing/production, processing or chemical/ petrochemical environment.
