Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Site Manager for the Mooreland, OK facility to lead and optimize site operations with a safety-first mindset. You will oversee safety, environmental compliance, employee development, and maintenance while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Reporting to the West Area Manager, you will manage budgets, costs, and customer satisfaction, building strong relationships with regulators and communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial operations, manufacturing, plant operations, or distribution experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) excellence.
• Experience managing plant operations, maintenance, and reliability programs.
• Proven leadership, team-building, and employee development skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
