Opened in 1988, our Marysville location is the largest site of the Smith Gardens family consisting of 60 acres, with 500,000 square feet of greenhouse space. Marysville is the primary site for perennial production, but also grows mums, hanging baskets and annuals.
The Site Manager is responsible for the development of the leaders and processes at the Marysville Facility. Accountable for site strategy, best practices, P&L, and CI Initiatives. Success is measured through development and retention of the team, and improvement in operations and efficiency. Ability to work closely with the RB Site Manager through shared reporting and coordinated labor planning, flexing labor where needed while ensuring both sites are supported and successful. Primary production lines are premium annuals, hanging baskets, ground cover and perennials. Direct reports include managers of, Production, Shipping, Maintenance, Planning and Head Grower. Shared reports in Human Resources and Inventory.
$110,000 - $130,000 per year
