Job summary

Take 5 Car Wash in Louisville, KY seeks a Site Manager who will treat the site as a business and the team as its core asset. You will own outcomes across sales, labor, safety, quality, and culture, building leaders and driving accountability with trust.

The role requires adaptability to a fast-paced outdoor site and prior management experience in related fields. You will lead by example, develop a strong team of Shift Leads and Assistant Site Managers, and communicate clearly to keep operations
