Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager to run a location with a hands-on leadership style. You will treat the site as a business, drive outcomes across sales, labor, safety, quality, and culture, and own the P&L.

You move metrics and communicate clearly to keep everyone aligned in a fast-paced outdoor environment. You will build a strong team by developing Assistant Site Managers and Shift Leads, ensuring readiness for more responsibility.
