Take 5 Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager to lead a busy car wash site. You will own outcomes across sales, labor, safety, quality, and culture, building a strong team and removing obstacles to performance.

The role demands hands-on leadership in a fast-paced outdoor environment and a track record of developing leaders who can step into greater responsibility. You will be the site’s business owner, directing operations and fostering a high-performing culture.

• You solve problems quickly and communicate clearly. Silence creates confusion. Leadership creates direction.
• You are comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active, outdoor environment and willing to be present where the work happens.
• Prior management experience in car wash, retail, restaurant, service, or field operations preferred. A track record of ownership matters more than a specific industry.
