Job summary

People, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking a Site Manager to oversee on-site execution of assessment, selection, and qualification course exercises at Camp Mackall, NC and Fort Bragg, NC. The role serves as the scenario lead and coordinates OPCEN activities to ensure each training event achieves its intended outcome.

Responsibilities include managing exercise execution, supervising role players, and coordinating with cadre for SF or Civil Affairs course events.

Qualifications

• Must have strong on-site management experience coordinating training exercises.
• Ability to develop and adapt scenario elements to ensure training objectives are met.
• Experience supervising role players and coordinating with training cadre.
• Active Secret clearance and ability to work with military training teams.
