TRIGO Global Quality Solutions seeks a Site Manager to support the Metro Detroit area. You will oversee site operations, manage teams, ensure client satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement in site performance.
The role emphasizes relationship building with clients, coordination of resources, and maintaining quality standards in line with customer KPIs. Travel up to 50% may be required, with collaboration across Operations and Quality teams.
TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has several immediate openings for a Site Manager position to support the Metro Detroit area.
Ensure client overall satisfaction by addressing their needs quickly and effectively
Optimize site performance and efficiency
Organize & coordinate teams at site level to fulfill jobs/work orders, manage the site teams and ensure good social climate on the site/sites
Prepare sites and teams for Technical resource requirements
Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies & QMS
Responsible for managing performance to meet all customer required KPIs
Either GM/Director of Operations/Regional Manager
Be the face of TRIGO on the site(s), guaranteeing client satisfaction and building solid relationships, (incl. support to claim management)
Ensure clear and transparent communication to the client
Develop business with existing clients on farming, and upselling (support provided by Sales for the quotation preparation and/or negotiation)
Provide the sales teams with site information on new client opportunities and insight for the quotations
Monitor competition (services, prices, etc.) at the site level
Develop and maintain positive relationship with all 3rd party supplier representatives
Estimate job/mission costs as accurately as possible
Manage space allocation and maintain physical facility as required
Monitor the regions financials to ensure progress toward set organizational goals
Monitor regions contracts/missions for proper documentation/information
Provide quality inspection and auditing results with suggestions and council from the customer quality manager using measuring tools and record of data
Provide all required information for contracts, traceability and instructions are well documented, on time, with up-to-date information
Ensure all operational management tools, and monitoring tools are up-to-date, with accurate information
Ensure compliance with established KPI's
Implement continuous improvement to optimize services provided and site efficiency
Demonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents
Comply with local, customer and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies
Mitigate nonconformance risk at site
Ensure staff availability and qualifications to perform the jobs
Develop, retain, and manage teams
Partner with recruiting to maintain proper levels of staff, considering turnover and new business
Motivate employees to perform job tasks that meet or exceed the customer and company expectations
Partner with Human Resources for counseling's and disciplinary actions at site
Analyze technical requirements for customers jobs (existing or upcoming)
Identify technical resources when needed to anticipate and fully address client needs
Support development of technical expertise at the site level
Ability to read blueprints, automated measuring equipment, and factory flow as required
Any other duties as assigned
Full proficiency in local language
Proficiency in English
Computer skills – Microsoft Office (basic Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency) and Outlook
Work Instruction Writing
Communication (written and verbal to customers and employees), organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills

Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion
Other Industry specific software experience preferred, but not required

4+ years of work experience in automotive and/or manufacturing
Operational/Quality background with overview capabilities
Management responsibilities (operational and staff management)
Exposed to client relationships
ISO and relevant quality experience required
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
