Job summary

Caliber Car Wash is seeking a SiteManager in Texas to lead daily operations, coach a customer-focused team, and drive revenue through membership growth. You will maintain a safe, clean site and build business relationships within the community.

The role requires at least five years in management, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude. Weekend availability and proficiency with POS systems are expected commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years’ management experience in a service environment.
• Strong selling, training, and coaching abilities for a team of staff.
• Passion for delivering superior customer service and driving location success.
• Excellent listening, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Experience with computer and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop exceptional teammates.

• Create Caliber Fans through daily customer interactions.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance for safety and cleanliness.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As part of being aSiteManager you willbe responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Hiring, training, and developing exceptional teammates

• Driving site revenue by growing Limitless membership counts monthly

• Create Caliber Fans through daily interactions with customers

• Daily upkeep and maintenance of the building and car wash equipment, insuring a clean, safe, and friendly environment for customers

• Forming business to business relationships (House accounts, Chamber of Commerce participation, marketing, fundraisers, etc.)

• Other tasks delegated to you for your site.

Experience:

Caliber Car Wash is seeking to hire full-time SiteManager with a minimum of five years of customer service management experience toexecute Caliber’s mission to offer customers the highest Caliber clean ata great valuewith friendly customer service, EVERY DAY.

TheSiteManager will be responsiblefor overseeingday to dayoperations, and all aspects of the business to maintain the quality, efficiency, and profitability of thesite. This job requires connecting with people quickly in an outgoing, friendly manner. The use of persuasive communication skills to gain the interest and involvement of others in the work process is an important aspectof this position.

Requirements:

• Have a minimum offive (5)years’ management experience; service industry experience strongly preferred
