SITE MANAGER
Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000/annually
The Site Manager is responsible for managing and developing a group of mostly hourly employees, fostering a positive relationship with the local Client to ensure that all their operational needs are met. Determines staffing requirements, prepares schedules to ensure all shifts and hours are covered. Understand all aspects of the operation in order to cover any call outs or missing shifts. Manages team and individual performance. Must be able to coach or discipline employees as appropriate.
