FlightSafety International is seeking a Site Manager for the KC‑46 Aircrew Training System program elements at our Altus, Oklahoma site. You will activate the site, implement the training program, direct scheduled activities, budget, and plan integration across all site management facets.
The role requires leadership over instructors, coordination with Training System Services and Maintenance, and ensuring compliance with program directives.

The Site Manager is responsible for site level operation of the KC‑46 Aircrew Training System (ATS) program elements assigned to the site. Responsibilities include site activation, training program implementation, directing scheduled activities, budgeting, planning, organizing, directing, and controlling integration of all site management facets.
Site management duties will take precedence over instructional duty requirements.
