Qualifications

• Mine site, industrial, or equivalent maintenance experience.
• Experience operating forklifts and ability to obtain.
• Experience with data entry and using company software.

• Able to meet safety, training, and operations documentation requirements.

Position Overview

The Site Maintenance Parts Coordinator is a hands-on field support role responsible for parts organization, staging, and kitting for the Site Maintenance, Crushing, and E&I departments. The position works closely with maintenance supervisors, planners, technicians, and warehouse personnel to help ensure parts and materials are identified, organized, and available when needed. The role also assists with basic maintenance planning activities within the maintenance planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment by ensuring that safety values are present in all aspects of work.
• Coordinate and assist teams with parts coordination; moving and staging of parts, operating equipment and vehicles, parts kitting, and the organization of kitting areas and laydowns.
• Assist maintenance planners with basic planning activities within the maintenance management systems including parts identification, work order review, job preparation, and coordination of upcoming work.
• Maintain accurate inventory and parts-related record keeping, labeling, and tracking.
• Support supervisors and planners with administrative tasks related to maintenance, training, safety, and operations documentation.
• Assist with organized electronic and paper filing systems and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Use basic computer systems and applications to perform daily data entry, scanning, filing, and document control.
• Help organize and track compliance-related paperwork and site records: pre-ops, safety related documents, equipment repairs, etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Required
• Mine site, industrial, or equivalent maintenance experience. Required
• Experience operating forklifts and ability to obtain- Required
• Experience and comfortable with data entry and using company software and application programs- Microsoft Office, Abode, etc. Required
• Must possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Required
• Able to work effectively in a team environment with people of varying skills and backgrounds. Required
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Required
• Able to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently. Required
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site environment- Required
• Must be able to frequently sit, stand, and walk. Required
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. Required
• Demonstrated ability to perform essential functions of the position. Required
