Job summary

Lubrizol Corporation in Deer Park, TX, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Leader to drive safety, reliability, and maintenance execution across the site. You will oversee storeroom operations, contractor management, and collaboration with Operations and Reliability teams to meet budgets and objectives.

The role requires 8+ years of maintenance experience, 3+ years in leadership, and CMMS expertise (SAP PM/Maximo).

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
8+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
3+ years of maintenance leadership, supervisory, or team leadership experience.
Experience utilizing CMMS such as SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent systems.
Strong knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices.

Responsibilities

Provide visible leadership and engagement in Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security programs.
Lead maintenance work execution to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
Coach and develop team members for performance and continuous improvement.
Oversee storeroom operations, inventory, and material distribution.
Manage contractor support resources for maintenance and facility upkeep.
Collaborate with Maintenance Project Manager on capital/expense projects.
Support technicians in frontline maintenance troubleshooting and ops support.
Establish and monitor maintenance KPIs to drive effectiveness.
