Job summary

CEC Companies is seeking a Field Logistics Supervisor to oversee site logistics across multiple job sites in the United States, including deliveries, inventory control, and safety compliance.

You will lead up to 25 logistics professionals, develop site-specific plans, coordinate with construction, warehousing, and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring on-time execution and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of warehouse, supply chain, or logistics experience.
• Experience in construction or related field.
• CPIM, CLTD or CSCP preferred (associate degree).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage job site logistics deliveries and inventory.
• Lead and mentor onsite logistics teams; drive best practices.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple sites and up to 25 field logistics staff.
• Monitor KPIs and report to leadership.
• Develop site logistics plans; support remobilization of crews.
• Ensure safety and Lean practices in logistics processes.
