Beehive Industries is looking for a Site Lean Leader to drive the Beehive Production System at our Centennial, Colorado location. The role includes leading industrial engineering efforts, coaching teams, and deploying lean manufacturing principles to improve site performance.

Candidates should have a strong background in lean manufacturing, industrial engineering, and experience in a manufacturing environment. A competitive salary range of $180,000-$200,000 is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in lean manufacturing or operations excellence.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineers and improvement resources.
• Knowledge of lean principles and industrial engineering methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of Beehive Production System at the site.
• Facilitate kaizen events to improve efficiency and quality.
• Develop training materials and support execution of lean principles.
