Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Site Leader for Clinton, TN. The role involves leading quality services across missions, guiding site personnel, and maintaining a safe, productive site culture.

Pay is $18.50 for 1st shift and $19.50 for 2nd/3rd shifts, with strong emphasis on adherence to guidelines and customer requirements. Reports to Site Manager/Site Supervisor and works closely with HR for performance issues.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• 1+ year in Quality related position preferred.
• Proficiency in English.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel and Outlook.
• Proficient in the use of gauges and measuring devices.
• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship & business development: Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel; Daily communications with stakeholders at the site level.
• Operations: Set up and supervise missions; Staffing of missions; Train and validate inspectors; Coordinate changes in missions; Ensure quality compliance; Conduct audits; Perform verifications; Make independent judgments; Work as an inspector when required.
