Tommy's Express Car Wash is seeking a Site Leader to build a high-performing team, shape a positive culture, and deliver top-notch customer experiences at our Wisconsin location. This hands-on leadership role drives sales, memberships, and profitability while managing daily operations and staffing in a fast-paced environment.

You'll train at our Portage, WI site during paid training as Beaver Dam location is under construction, under experienced leadership.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Typically 50+ hours per week
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional retail car wash environment. Team members may work both indoors and outdoors and are exposed to noise, water, weather conditions, and car wash equipment during operating hours (7:00am-9:00pm Monday through Sunday).

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member must be able to:

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
• Able to effectively communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange information
• Able to move equipment weighing up to 30-50 pounds.
• Able to work and commute in all weather conditions
• Able to walk, bend, twist, turn, stoop, climb steps, reach with hands, use hands to fingers.
