Job summary

Caladwich Consulting LLC is seeking a Site Lead to support maintenance and equipment operation services for the U.S. Army Reserve Command’s 99th Readiness Division.

This full-time, on-site position is based at the Fort Dix facility in New Jersey and involves coordinating local maintenance, contractor personnel, and logistics to ensure readiness. You will manage maintenance procedures, allocate workloads, and communicate with government customers and project management.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years with Army Reserve Command or equivalent DoD organization in maintenance and equipment operations.
• Experience supervising 15–20 personnel locally and remotely as needed.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English for clear communications.
• Proficient PC skills and standard software for daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance activities and equipment operations at the local site.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures per publications and local requirements.
• Allocate workloads, schedule activities, and supervise contractor personnel.
• Monitor equipment status, work orders, and readiness to support priorities.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, repairs, and final completion of tasks.
• Oversee equipment storage, dispatch, and movement requirements.
• Maintain local customer relationships and report issues to PM/APM.
• Keep maintenance logs and report daily activity and performance.
