Job summary

We are seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of repair and maintenance activities on commercial properties in Anchorage, Alaska. Responsibilities include general repair work, installations, and routine maintenance tasks. Applicants must have a minimum of five years of relevant experience and a valid Alaska Driver's License.

This position requires some travel by commercial airlines and participation in an on-call schedule. Candidates must also pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.

Qualifications

• 5 years of carpentry and/or building maintenance experience.
• Valid Alaska Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work with safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities
