Job summary

Arrow Security & Training, LLC is seeking a full-time Site Lead/Assistant Site Lead to support U.S. Government CONUS-IC linguist operations. The role involves oversight of linguist personnel, timekeeping, and frontline customer relationships in a dynamic contract environment.

Qualified candidates will have 2–4 years of management experience (military or civilian), TS/SCI and/or ability to pass poly, and strong MS Office skills. Willingness to work 24/7 shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of civilian or military management experience.
• Understanding of military customs, courtesies, and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, typing and composition.
• Ability to support 24/7 operations including rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the TOPM in providing operational, administrative, and management oversight to linguist personnel.
• Serve as primary point of contact for resolution of issues for assigned linguist personnel.
• Ensure accountability and accurate timekeeping; alert TOPM to site issues.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customer and staff; support operations.
