Mn Mcea's Farmington Elementary program seeks a Community Education/Kid Connection Site Supervisor to provide quality, age-appropriate school-age care under the Kid Connection Coordinator. You will plan activities, manage schedules, and supervise instructors on site.

You will communicate with parents and school staff, maintain student records, ensure safety, and prepare weekly lesson plans. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and leadership across a district program.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Child Care experience required; School Age Care experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication with parents and staff.
• Ability to coordinate with Coordinator and district staff across teams.
• Understand data privacy rules related to students.
• Capable of anticipating and diffusing problems and leading a staff team.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures including CPR.
• Flexible with scheduling and reliable attendance.
• Proficient in using Google and basic office software.

• Plan, develop, and implement a developmentally appropriate program.
• Oversee daily schedules, rosters, and counts of children.
• Direct, supervise, schedule, and coach instructors at the site.
• Guide children's behavior with a positive approach.
• Maintain student files and document behavior as needed.
• Design and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians and school staff.
• Supervise students during indoor/outdoor activities and field trips.
• Implement emergency procedures and CPR as required.
• On-site CCAP lead and write weekly lesson plans.
• Work non-school days as needed for off-site activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
