Site Lead - Case Management (Notional Opportunity)

This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located onsite in the southeast, southwest, or central United States. Travel will likely be required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all Case Managers across up to 5 or 6 sites.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Oversee database completion according to policies.
- Ensure quality care and timely response to residents' needs.
- Maintain quality communication with stakeholders.
- Provide departmental activity reports.
- Attend internal and external meetings.
- Supervise and train all case managers, including Lead Case Managers and Clinical Counselors.
- Oversee quality control of services.
- Travel between sites as needed for support and guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related behavioral science.
- At least 4 years of case management experience.
- Experience in training, leadership, and adapting to diverse situations.
- Minimum of 2 years management experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and computer skills.
- Ability to work remotely and travel to sites.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Must be a US citizen or a permanent resident residing in the US for at least 3 of the past 5 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current adjudicated Department of Homeland Security clearance.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Physical and Work Conditions:
- Ability to ascend/descend stairs and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Visual acuity for paperwork and supervision.
- Ability to communicate verbally and withstand environmental conditions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
