The Opportunity

Michelin has an immediate opening for a Site IT Technician. The role involves ensuring IT system availability, troubleshooting issues, managing IT administration, monitoring infrastructure, leading projects, and supporting continuous improvement within the IT team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot IT issues to restore services efficiently.
• Manage IT administration including patch management, software updates, user accounts, and inventory.
• Maintain documentation for IT systems.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including switches, servers, and client systems.
• Lead IT projects for new installations and system modifications.
• Support capital projects as part of a cross-functional team.
• Seek opportunities to improve IT practices and policies.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure and tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with IT system administration.
