Qualifications

Graduating Spring/Summer 2027 with a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
Experience in manufacturing technology and systems operations.
Knowledge of incident management/change management/problem management.
Knowledge of network operations or application management.
Awareness of cybersecurity requirements and ability to support security programs.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Open to startup-like environment and fast learning.

Responsibilities

Site Digital Technology Leader: Integrate digital technologies into the site’s master plan and lead critical projects.
Site Cyber Security Leader: Develop and execute the site security strategy and risk mitigation efforts.
